Bensheim is located 50 km south of frankfurt airport. 40.000 people live in Bensheim, a further 13 thousand in the neighboring Lorsch, and 27 thousand in the nearby Heppenheim, the home of Formula-1 driver, Sebastian Vettel. The area is called ’Bergstraße’ and is famous throughout Germany for its wine production, and also for its annual Asparagus season.

Dentsply Sirona is the town’s largest employer – the factory has been here since 1962 – and positioned between the University Cities of Frankfurt and Heidelberg.
