Iatrogenic mishaps can relate to a large number of endodontic failures. Some studies have suggested upto 70% of endodontic failures have been either due to missed anatomy or other iatrogenic related causes that could have been avoided. In Finnendo 2019 we have put together a program that provides insight about this issue, gives participants knowledge to foresee and prevent, and/or provide correct management and corrections skills.
