Registration and Event Data
When you register for a Finnendo event or otherwise provide us with your contact details, we collect and store information such as your name and contact information. This is used to process your registration and to keep you informed about future Finnendo events. Only the name of a workshop registrant may be shared with the sponsor or partner organizing that specific event; your information is not otherwise shared with third parties.
Your Rights
Under EU data protection law (GDPR), you have the right to inspect the information we hold about you, request correction of inaccurate information, and request deletion of data that is no longer needed. Requests must include proof of identity before we can act on them.
Data Retention
Your name and contact details are kept on file so we can provide information about future Finnendo events, unless you ask us to remove them.
