Finnendo 2019 — Helsinki

Finnendo 2019 focused on iatrogenic complications in endodontics — factors within treatment itself, such as missed anatomy or avoidable errors, that contribute to a significant share of poor outcomes. The two-day symposium at the Börs House combined lectures from internationally recognised speakers with hands-on workshops, covering iatrogenic trauma to the endodontium, external cervical resorption, the unibody concept for restoring endodontically treated teeth, root canal preparation errors, and techniques for retrieving fractured instruments. A dinner was held at Hotel Kämp's Mirror Hall on the first evening, with an additional post-symposium workshop on 18 May.
