To attend lectures of FINNENDO Symposium 2017 participants must have completed online registration form, made the required payment and have a confirmed registration.
Symposium registration entitles the participant to the scientific sessions of both days only. If you wish to participate in the dinner event or Workshops organized by the sponsors, please select the option WITH the symposium registration. Please note that both dinner and workshop have limited quota so please book at the earliest to ensure your participation. You can select 1 or 2 participants at the dinner selection of the registration form.
Reservation of accommodation can be made according to participants wishes. However, we have selected great hotels and secured special rates. You are welcome to make reservation from the links provided of each hotel.

Registration shall not be accepted via email. Online registration shall close on 10.05.2016 and on-site registration may be made available on the 11.05.2016 at the information desk.
Method of payment:
At the end of registration form you shall be provided with two options. Invoice or internet payment. You will get a confirmation email at the end of registration form.
If you wish to receive invoice as an attachment to your email you must make the necessary payment within the due date or the registration shall be nullified.
You can also choose to pay on-line. In that case you will be taken to secure payment site of “Paytrail”. You can make payments according to method of your choice from Paytrail with ease of mind.

There is a limited quota for undergrad students. Both undergraduate and specializing students shall be required to provide proof of study from their respective Universities in order to have student registration be accepted.
Registration Cancellation & Refund Policy
Notification of cancellation must be made in writing and mailed to Organizing committee Finnendo and with a reference to a bank account, incl. the SWIFT Code and IBAN (International Bank Account Number), where a possible refund may be remitted to. An administration fee will be charged depending on the date the cancellation is received by the organizing committee.
Registration cancellation fees:
Before 15 Jan 2017: Euro 35
Between 15 Jan and 31 March 2017: Euro 100
After 31 March 2017: No refunds should be expected
Any registration change will be charged Euro 10.
Credit cannot be given for unattended events, late arrivals or early departure. All refunds will be processed after the Congress.
